No strange smells on anything like some other plastic wrapped clothing I've ordered in the past.As for the robe itself, the color is true to the images here, a beautiful rich teal blue and the white text clearly visible as you can see in the photos attached. We were surprised the one size fit both of us! (I'm 5"3 and my partner is 6"). The material also definitely feels luxurious and spa like quality, which makes it such a steal compared to some of the other robes I've seen from retailers for the same effect.Highly recommend for any couple looking for something cosy for lounging around at home. Can imagine it would also make a sweet wedding gift for a friend.
